Derbyshire now has a mental health support service which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call them on 0800 028 0077. Their website is https://www.derbyshirehealthcareft.nhs.uk/services/helpline-and-support-service.
It may help to discuss a diagnosis and consider medication or other treatment with a GP. Use online consultation or call reception on 01773 822386.
If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or others then please seek urgent advice so we can help to keep you safe. In working hours please telephone 01773 822386 to book an urgent GP appointment, if not in working hours please calling 111 (or 999 if there is an immediate threat to life).
